About the Future of Digital Supply chain Confex Conference

Welcome to the 4th Edition of the Future of Digital Supply chain in a “post”-Covid world. This year has been unprecedented and has exposed our industries to vulnerabilities in Supply Chain, customer demand forecasting, remote working, Health risks and concerns around financial resilience.

It has been a challenge for a few; an opportunity for others and most importantly pushed companies to accelerate their digital transformation journey across the supply chain ecosystem. What prior to the pandemic was good to have; now is an essential part of the supply chain model.

Supply chain disruptions are profoundly impacting the current global economic environment. Highly variable demand for goods and services, uncertain supply of critical materials and constrained labor and resource capacity in manufacturing and logistics are amongst factors that are rapidly reducing customer satisfaction, revenue, and profits. The time is now to use supply chains to drive the recovery in the short term and become more resilient and sustainable in the long term. But how to do it?
